Joseph C. Cauthen
General Manager and Licensed Building Contractor
Joseph C. Cauthen, IV purchased Foundation Technologies, Inc. in 2001 and has been instrumental in growing the company into one of Florida’s leading foundation repair and sinkhole remediation companies. Mr. Cauthen has an extensive background in the construction industry in Florida which includes 10 years in residential community development and planning. Joe also spent more than seven years in commercial lending working on projects that ranged from new business loans to real estate and construction financing.
Mr. Cauthen is a Certified General Contractor in the state of Florida and he stays active in the construction industry as well as the home building industry.

Dustin Tully
Production Manager
Mr. Tully has more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry as a superintendent of a custom home builder; a project manager for a structural engineering firm; and a production manager. As Production Manager of Foundation Technologies, Dustin is responsible for supervising all production activities; ensuring the quality and integrity of our product; and, maintaining the timely execution of all projects. His focus is always on the quality of each installation; the safety of all employees and customers; and, our reputation with insurance adjusters, engineers, and home/property owners.
Dustin has been trained by ITA in home inspections, and is a licensed USCG Captain.

Chad Swearingen
CST
Chad Swearingen is a Certified Structural Technician at Foundation Technologies. He was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida and holds a degree in Accounting and a MBA from Troy University of Troy, Alabama. Aside from fulfilling his duties with Foundation Technologies, Chad enjoys numerous outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing. He also gives back to the community by volunteering with local youth programs such as Boy Scouts of America and the Lincoln High School Baseball Team.
His experiences in the construction industry include sinkhole and soil remediation, water mitigation, permit expediting, field supervision, consulting and financial analysis. He has also served as a project manager on commercial construction.
On a daily basis Chad performs various duties for Foundation Technologies which consist of contacting potential clients and establishing working relationships with homeowners, various insurance companies, contractors etc. Upon meeting potential clients he is responsible for analysis of foundation issues and explanation of the compaction grouting and remedial piling services Foundation Technologies has to offer. Mr. Golby has more than 17 years of experience in the commercial construction industry as a Senior Project Manager of a large specialty contractor and as a Vice President of Operations for a division which specialized in the construction of HealthCare Facilities. Mr. Golby is also a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida.

Office Manager/Director of First Impressions at Foundation Technologies
Her background in construction is a substantial benefit to our customers as she previously worked for Pulte Homes for nearly 12 years with permitting, customer service and scheduling, handling about 1,000 homes a year.
She serves as the liaison between the homeowner, Engineers and Job Site Team. Her knowledge of the engineering process and permitting is very important to a smooth construction flow. She also performs accounting, payroll and office management duties. We are grateful for her dedication, attention to detail and efficiency.
When not caring for her Foundation Technologies 'family', Vickie loves to spend outdoor time with her family, four wheeling, camping outdoors, and spoiling her adorable grandson Bryce.
